5 Common Mistakes to Avoid

Not checking garment blanks first
Always request a sample or visit our showroom to see and feel the fabric before placing a large order. Different brands and styles feel very different.
Low-resolution artwork
Provide vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) whenever possible. Low-resolution images will look pixelated when printed. We offer design services if needed.
Ignoring minimum quantities
Screen printing requires 50+ pieces. If you need fewer, DTF or embroidery are better options. Don't try to force-fit the wrong method.
Rushing without a proof
Always review and approve the design proof before production begins. Changes after production starts will require a reorder.
Not planning for sizing distribution
Know your team sizes before ordering. A common split: 10% S, 25% M, 35% L, 20% XL, 10% 2XL. We can help with size charts.
